Of course a sales MUSt be followed by a call to action. You must have a prominent order button plus an assurance that you have a secure server. A lot of people are still put off by paying through the Net.
10. A P.S.
You may have noticed that the sales letters you've read almost always have a P.S. Isn't THE letter long enough. To understand the need for P.S., you need to understand how your visitors behave. Most don't really go through your entire text the first time. They read your headline, then they scroll down, going through your major points and then down, down, down, to see how much it's going to cost him to buy your product.
